This former pair of semi-detached houses had been joined to use as a care home.

Our brief was to create further accomodadtion for residents as well as the creation of a large dining room and bespoke modern kitchen. This commercial construction involved the use of block and beam floors on all levels to comply with Building Regulation Requirements. Ensuite facilities were included for the convenience of clients and a lift installed for the less abled. The external brick and K-Rend facade was designed to match the existing. Hard and soft landscaping combined with the new structure to create a high-quality residence.
