Critical re-roofing

Sometimes during routine maintenance major flaws are discovered in buildings.

As in this case roof timbers were found to be damaged and rotten. Before the property could be re-roofed major repairs had to be undertaken and wood-worm treatment carried out. It was then possible to refit the existing peg tiles and sourcing additional simailar tiles to complete the original look of the property.
