New Build in Conservation Area

A sympathetic theme of the existing streetscape and attention to detail were the driving forces behind this project.

This "Green Build" utilised locally quarried stone, reycled roof tiles and oak boarding to create a modern home with a traditional look. With excellent levels of insulation, solar panels and a Geothermal heating system the energy consumption of this house will be amongst the lowest in the country. Folding Sliding Doors give that feeling of garden space within the house. The bespoke stairs combine the modern with the traditional. Underfloor heating, now being used extensively, precludes the use of radiators which spoil so many walls and spaces. It also provides an even heat throughout the property. Our interior designs can compliment any scheme to make it both visually and technically competant.
