A detached property that had been previously extended and whose exterior facade was in poor condition.

A new larger extension gave greater usable space internally and the renewal of the external render with K-Rend gave a fresh modern touch to the property. Detailing of windows, roof tiles and chimneys maintained the original look of the house.
