New Build Town House

The creation of new buildings on brown field sites has been a government aim for many years.

This award winning town house was created on the site of delapidated garages. A modernist design approach was taken and approved subsequently by the planning department. This design combined with carefully selected materials including self-cleaning glass has created a modern high-tech home.
